Most of us work so hard we often forget how to relax. There are a number of ways we can unwind at the end of the day:
Acupuncture Acupuncture has long been recognised as a technique for relieving stress and tension and promoting relaxation. If done correctly that is.
Massage Massage techniques can also be very effective for getting those knots out of your muscles. Enlist the help of a close friend...
Neck Massage ...or an ex-lover may be only to happy to wrap their hands around your neck...
Shoulder massage ...or why not go the whole hog and get a hunky god of war to rub your shoulders for you.
Meditation There's always meditation, although it's more fun with a friend...

Meditation
...than with an enemy. You'll also concentrate better with your eyes shut.
Breathing Techniques Remember to use correct breathing techniques. Otherwise, you could end up blue in the face.

Late Nights Most importantly, make sure you get adequate sleep. A few late nights could give you severe bags under your eyes. You don't want to wake up looking like this!
