Although exercise is crucial, diet is also important. You are what you eat, as they say. Here are a few tips:
Dangerous Wildlife To maintain healthy eating habits (and to avoid losing limbs) steer clear of carnivorous animals known to be fond of human flesh. Although they may appear harmless, these types of animals can be very deceitful and sly, for instance, they may suddenly grow immensely long fangs when you least expect it. Using the words 'here, bunny bunny' is NOT advised.
Veggie If you want to be sure you are eating correctly, why not become a vegetarian? Eating berries is far easier (and safer) than running around after drug-crazed, floppy-eared, bob-tailed bunnies. However, watch out for those nettles.
Beware Joxer's Stew The most sensible option is to prepare your own meals when you're eating in. If you fancy eating out, however, and you see this man heading towards you carrying a bucket, run like the wind. Otherwise, wind will be all you experience for a long time afterwards!
