The following is a tongue-in-cheek, fun guide to staying healthy and beautiful, the Xena way. This is split into two sections which just happen to be (pause for fanfare) health and beauty!

Health

Exercise
Exercise is a very important part of maintaining health, so here are a few suggestions for keeping yourself fit and trim:
Canoeing How about canoeing as a hobby? This requires intense concentration and a certain amount of panic, brought about by one's survival instincts. It also helps if you can swim.
Ballet Classes Alternatively, get yourself into fantastic shape and tone those muscles by enrolling in ballet classes. You'll be doing plies like this before you know it...
Tap Dancing ...but if you're going to try tap dancing, make sure the floor is solid first!
Rock Climbing If ballet isn't rugged enough for you, you could try rock climbing, although one-handed stunts are only for the advanced smart alecs.
Tightrope Walking If none of the above appeal, this might groove your truffles! The aim of tightrope walking is to improve your balance and co-ordination. Hopefully, you won't find out the hard way that you have two left feet!
